Internal Account Manager Role Description
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate, will be based in Cape Town and will be responsible for the following:

- Responsible for Internal Management of Strategic Accounts

Daily customer account management, including processing all orders

Relationship building with customers and compilation of all quotations

Attend product training and events
-
Processing of relevant delivery notes and documentation
-
Updating stock report, backorders and orders received on a daily basis
-
Liaise with clients as well as partners on daily queries
-
Liaise with stores/dispatch regarding deliveries of all orders and supply of invoices
-
Attending to sales calls
-
Product knowledge of structured cabling, Wireless and Data Center environments
-
Understanding of IT industry and hardware cabling products
- Matric with mathematics and a tertiary qualification and/or a relevant diploma will be an advantage
-
Minimum three (3) years’ work experience within a data infrastructure industry
-
Minimum three (3) sales experience with data infrastructure related products
-
