Checkout


In order to checkout, you will need to have products in your cart. In order to add a product to your cart, you can simply click on the large red “Add to Cart” button on each product description page. In doing so, you will notice that the cart icon in the top navigation bar will update with a number indicating how many items are available in your cart.

If you require to checkout your cart, you can simply click on the cart icon on the top navigation bar and a dialogue box will appear with your cart summary and an option to “Secure Checkout” or “View and Edit Cart”. Select the option that you would like to continue with.

To continue to “Secure Checkout”, you will need to select a shipping method option. If you select to use our Door to Door services you can continue with the checkout, but if you select to use our “Click and Collect” option, please select the store for collection to continue.

 

Requesting a Quote


If you would like an official quotation from Pinnacle regarding an order, you can simply click on the “Request a Quote” button in the Shopping Cart page.

You will be presented by a dialogue box that will allow you to enter a comment, a quotation reference and an attachment if needed. By clicking on the “Send Request” button, you will be redirected to your “My Quotes” page, whereby you will have added the items in your shopping cart into a quotation.

You can now export and use as a traditional quotation.

Shipping


Pinnacle currently has two methods of shipping available. You have the choice of either “Delivery - 24 – 48 Hours Shipping” which will incur a R100 fee with our courier services for order totals less than R1000 (you get FREE shipping for order totals* larger than R 1000), or you could “Click and Collect”, to which you can collect from our Midrand based branch with the available stock.

*Free shipping only applies to physical stock and not virtual stock (Electronic Software Distribution). Even if your combined total is more than R1000 including ESD, there will be a (R100) fee for physical stock that does not total over R1000.


To sign into the website portal, simply navigate to the top navigation bar and click on the “login” menu item. You will be directed to the “Customer Sign In” page in which you will need to enter your email address and password. Once you have entered these details, click on the “Login” button to continue. Congratulations, you are now able to see pricing and create orders. If you are having trouble signing-in, you can opt to reset your password by clicking on the “Reset your password” button aside the “Login” button. You will receive an email to reset your password and follow the prompts to reset. If you do not succeed in resetting your password, please contact our webmaster at [email protected]



You can view your active quotes on the “My Account” section on the top navigation bar once you have logged into the portal. Hover over the “My Account” menu item to ex navigate to reveal the drop down menu, click on the “My Quotes” menu item to reveal your quotes on your account page. This page is also available on the “My Account” page. Once you have entered into your account page, you will notice a navigation section on the left with menu items for your account. Click on the “My Quotes” menu item to reveal your quotes page. Your quotes can be viewed by clicking on the “View” link under the “Action” column header for each quote.


Please ensure that the following document are include with your application:

  • Bank confirmation letter
  • ID copy of the director(s)
  • Certified ID copy of the director (s) for Terms
  • VAT certificate/TCC, if applicable
  • Company registration documents identifying the director(s)
  • Company profile


  • All Applicants applying for CREDIT TERMS, are requested to enclose a written consent form on their company letterhead. The wording is available here and is in accordance with the New Credit Act. This written consent will streamline your application for Credit Terms.

    The signed consent form is dictated by the New Credit Act to all concerned who will be granting credit terms to applicants and where there is a need to apply for bank reports, trade references and obtain court records from any credit bureau.

    Our insurers will only approve credit limits once the aforesaid criteria have been met.
