Disaster Recovery to Huawei Cloud using application replication.
Main functions:
The production system is deployed in your data center, and the DR system is deployed on the cloud. You can access the VPC through the IPsec VPN or Direct Connect connections. Data synchronization is implemented based on different replication technologies.
Synchronous or asynchronous System Replication is adopted, depending on the network latency determined by the distance between your data center and cloud data center if making use of application level replication.
Advantages:
Secure and reliable: Encryption for network transmission ensures secure and reliable data transmission. Huawei Tier-3 cloud data center and ensure the security and reliability of cloud resources. Synchronous sytem data replication ensures zero loss.
High resource utilization: In SAP environments, when Preload is set to Off for HANA on the standby node, you can install and run the HANA database for development and test. If a failover occurs, the database for installation and test is stopped to perform failover.
DR to HUAWEI Cloud using Hybrid Cloud Disaster Recovery and Backup
The Hybrid Cloud Disaster Recovery and Backup solution provides customers with multi-cloud and cross-cloud DR and backup capabilities with support for comprehensive data protection policies. It guarantees service continuity and keeps critical data secure with solution-level highreliability.
