Do my points expire?
Perks expire after each accruement cycle, the cycle starts every year from 01 January to 31 December of the same year. Your point accrual will accumulate during this period and will expire on the last day of that specific accruement cycle in which the accumulation took place.
Can I transfer my points or exchange for cash?
Are my points backdated for historic orders?
You will earn rewards from a “0” point balance once Perks has been implemented for the first time. There is no backdating of Perks points for historic orders both online and through traditional sales.

Are my Perks points value inclusive of VAT?
All points redeemed will be tendered as inclusive of VAT for online orders using Perks points. You will earn points exclusive of VAT for successful online orders.
Is there a limit on the points I can earn?
There is a maximum limit of 100 000 (one hundred thousand) points quantity you can earn and/or accumulate during any one accruement cycle.
When are my Perks points accrued?
All earning points are accrued AFTER the sale of an online product. Once a sale is valid, we then add Perks points to your balance.
What is my Perks rewards level?
Currently, we have a single tier for all customers. All earnings is based on revenue spend to keep the programme simple to use and understand.
