Tim Humphreys-Davies, has over 25 years’ experience in the IT distribution industry where he has filled various executive positions including the Managing Director of Multimedia Warehouse. Tim holds a BA Honors degree in Marketing and initially served as the Sales & Marketing Director for Pinnacle before being promoted to the Managing Director. 2017 saw Tim being promoted to Pinnacle CEO which awards him the responsibility of running Pinnacle in its entirety including overseeing all our Vertical Businesses, as well as the growth of our business north of the border within the SADC region. In addition to Pinnacle, Tim also oversees VH Fibre Optics.

Hanre Bester Hanré Bester

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Hanré joined Pinnacle in 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer. His experience includes positions held in the distribution and warehousing environment as Group Financial Manager and Financial Director at a JSE-listed group. Prior to this, Hanré worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc (PwC), specialising in taxation as a multi-disciplined tax practitioner. Hanré is a chartered accountant, who completed his articles at PwC in 2003, and holds a Masters degree in Taxation.

Natasha Oosthuizen

Natasha Oosthuizen

National Sales Director

Natasha Oosthuizen joined the company in 2014 as the Sales Manager for Commercial, Education and Public Sector. In 2018, Natasha earned her promotion from Sales Manager to Director within the same sector. Natasha has gained invaluable sales experience and extensive corporate training working for established brands such as Siemens and Lenovo. This has enabled her to understand the multiple layers within the ICT supply chain from vendor to distribution as well as channel partners and commercial customer’s business environments and requirements, giving her the ability to strategically align relevant processes and partnerships to a broad range of IT Solutions. In September 2020, Natasha was further promoted to the National Sales Director of Pinnacle.

Micheal Dockerill

Michael Dockerill

Director: Regional

Michael joined Pinnacle in 2008 as the HP Business Development Manager for the Cape Town Branch, and by 2010 he had been promoted to the Channel Sales Manager and Business Unit Manager of the Business Development team. After building a reputable, highly experienced and driven sales team, Michael was promoted to the Branch Manager of Pinnacle Cape Town in 2016, and Pinnacle Durban in March 2020. As of September 2020, Michael holds the position of Regional Director and oversees Pinnacle’s Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, PE, Namibia and Nelspruit branches.

Sales Executive: Public Sector and SADC

Kulani Maphophe joined Pinnacle in 2019 as the Government Sales Manager. With over 22-years of operational and management experience, Kulani has worked for a number of reputable companies and has been utilising his skills and experience to enhance Pinnacle’s shareholder and stakeholder value. Kulani adds great value to Pinnacle’s management team with his cross-functional business leadership experience across OA, ICT, Financial Services and Telecom sectors. It is thanks to these expertise that Kulani received a promotion to Sales Executive for the Government and SADC teams in September 2020.

Anelme Collins

Brand Director: Dell, HP & Lenovo

Anelme prides herself on her goal-orientated attitude, drive, and her ability to build valuable relationships with both vendors and clients. Living and breathing distribution, Anelme was promoted to Head of Brand: Tier 1 in June 2021 and aimed to position Pinnacle as a Value-Added Distributor within the Tier 1 space by managing the overall strategic and financial success of HP, Lenovo, and Dell. Being the natural leader that she is, Anelme grew the Tier 1 business significantly to be the biggest contributor within Pinnacle, while delivering on strategic and financial empirical goals. As Brand Director, Anelme plans to continue the growth projection she achieved with the help of her exceptional team.

Phillip Thompsons

Phillip Thompson

Brand Director: Microsoft, Asus, Proline, Pinnpos, Advanced Technologies

Phillip has 15 years’ experience in the IT industry and joined Pinnacle in 2012. Phillip negotiated the successful on-boarding of various new brands including Seagate, Intel, Kingston, Asus, Hisense, NEC & LG Information Display. He successfully manages the importing and selling of more than 50 brands within Pinnacle. Phillip specializes in championing strategic initiatives to deliver effective results, participating in critical decision-making processes while working proactively with cross-functional teams to optimise sales and create new marketing opportunities. With a strategic mindset, he is committed to cultivating exceptional customer relationships, meeting their needs and expectations at every step.

Fred Saayman

Fred Saayman

Brand Director: Huawei & Enterprise

Fred has over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry working at various managerial and executive levels, he holds a National Diploma in Computer Data Processing as well as a Bachelor’s of Science and an MDP from the University of Pretoria. .

After starting at Pinnacle in 2012, he was actively involved in establishing different business units within the company, one of which being Huawei. Most recently Fred was involved in the onboarding of Huawei Cloud to Pinnacle’s product portfolio.

Emily Scott
Executive: Human Resources

Emily Scott joined Pinnacle in 2017 as the Human Resources Executive. She has a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and service industry, making her the perfect fit for Pinnacle. With almost 20 years of experience in talent management, she is equipped in employee experience and wellness, learning and development, remuneration, performance management and recruitment.

Tamsyn Foster

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Tammy Foster heads up the very creative Marketing department within Pinnacle and has been with the company since 2011. Equipped with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Marketing, Tammy has extensive knowledge in implementing marketing strategies in line with Pinnacle’s strategic objectives and has set a strong focus on Digital Transformation within the organisation.

Kyle Giltrow

Kyle Giltrow
Head of Legal and Compliance

Kyle joined Pinnacle in September 2021 and attends to all legal and compliance matters from an in-house perspective, including improving current processes and admitted as an Attorneys of the High Court of South Africa in 2017 after which he joined First National Bank where he was exposed to frontline sales in the Private Wealth Banking space. In 2019 Kyle moved on to become a Premium Legal Advisor and Lead Legal Advisor for the Mass Affluent Sub-Section of FNB. Within this position, he demonstrated excellent capabilities in delivering on complex projects, the most recent being POPI, as well as building strategic partnerships to enhance productivity and drive efficiencies.

Director: Operations

Anandi is an integral part of our Pinnacle Executive team and has over 10 years of experience in category, sales and operations management within the ICT sector. Anandi’s core professional strength stems from the ability to identify, analyse and break down complex business tasks for common understanding and effective application within all organisation levels. She excels in identifying any potential business risks, with the ability to formulate a detailed execution and corrective action plan to drive greater business performance and results.

Andre Van Der Westhuizen

André van der Westhuizen

Executive: National Operations

Andre joined Pinnacle in February 2020 as an Operations Systems Analyst with the aim of optimising businesses processes. Holding a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Andre has gained valuable experience in various sectors including supply chain management and demand planning, ERP and WMS implementations and optimisation, as well as warehousing and distribution. Within his role as the National Operations Executive, Andre will be following a ground up approach ensuring Pinnacle’s basic procedures are executed exceptionally, adding enhancements to achieve further goals when needed. Through developing a culture of excellence, Andre aims to align operations with Pinnacle’s strategy to ensure Pinnacle delivers world class service levels to clients and suppliers alike.
