How to update your data

4 easy steps to update your business data with Pinnacle

Step 1

Click on the "Update my details" button to get started.

Step 2

You will be taken to a system that you can enter your username and password that was sent to you via email.

If you have not received this email, click here

Step 3

Once you have logged into the system, you will be presented with your current data. You can update any data field that is available or editable. Proceed to update your data if you have any changes.

Step 4

Submit your data on the system and you're all set!

We will confirm success of your updated data and automatically enter you for the draw of the prize!


Need access to login onto the Pinnacle website?

Nominate an eCommerce admin contact on #Up2Data 

No more wait to activate your online account

If you are a Pinnacle customer and have an account with us but no online access, you can now nominate a profile from your account contacts on the #Up2Data system.

Simply follow the steps to access the #Up2Data system and select one of your contacts for "eCommerce Admin" in the "Update your contact per department" section.

Once you are satisfied with your updated changes or simply nominating your contact for eCommerce Admin, save your changes to the contact by clicking the orange "Save" button, then complete the process by clicking on the red "Submit Changes" button on the bottom of the screen to apply all your changes.

That's it! You're done with your part, Pinnacle will now send you an email to welcome the contact you nominated for online access and will prompt you to set up your password for the first time.

With your new password, you can log in for the first time and enjoy the online experience with Pinnacle!
