Internal Account Manager Role Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be based in Midrand and will be responsible for the following:

- Receive, confirm and validate orders
- Processing of orders and quoting
- Confirm Pricing and Price Agreements with the KAM and Brand
- Product listing on all new deals
- Management of existing listing and updating EOL
- Attending to retail sales team telephone calls
- Assisting externals when required
- Confirm all rejection on new stock from stores before arrival at Pinnacle
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Understand and assist with all operations and logistical problems
- Interact, coordinate and assist warehouse
- Maintaining and updating the filing system
- Create and maintain data control sheets of all incoming orders, start to end
- Order tracking
- Follow up and communicate with RTT on deliveries and arrange collections
- Assisting with customer complaints that are not being resolved by technical
- Assist Debtors with RTM’s POD’s etc.
- Assisting the retail team with all Administrative work
- Interact, coordinate and assist with warehouse
- Understand and assist with all operations and logistical problems
- Effectively prioritize the retail workload and manage time
- Matric with mathematics is essential, a Sales and Marketing tertiary qualification and/or a relevant diploma will be an advantage
- Two (2) to three (3) years’ working experience in a sales environment is essential
- Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry will be an advantage
- Excellent computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Above average administration skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Spreadsheet knowledge in drawing up and utilizing reports (stock management, product reordering, ageing stock etc)
- Meeting set departmental targets
